    The energy companies pay for the grant under a govenment initiative. It is in order that the energy companies reduce their carbon emissions and therefore the UK's overall carbon footprint.

    However, please feel free to call us on the call centre number supplied below, if you wish to apply for your grant / book a survey for cavity wall or loft insulation and cannot use the form supplied for some reason.

    A surveyor will later call you to confirm eligibility and to book a survey at a mutually convenient time.

    Please note: Our call centre staff are there as a convenience to those those who are having difficulty booking a survey from this website.

    They are NOT QUALIFIED to anwer any questions regarding eligibility for grants, to quote prices or any general questions about insulation etc..

    The call centre staff are not in a position to alter appointment times, therefore, once a surveyor has been allocated to you, please ensure that you make all further contact via that surveyor only. He/she will be dealing with your case exclusively thereafter.

    Please be sure to get your surveyor's name and contact details including a mobile telephone number when he/she calls back, in case appointment times need to be changed.
