the form provided as fully as possible to enable our
qualified staff to ascertain if you are eligible. They
will endeavour to get the best deal possible for you,
whilst funding is still available.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT IF YOU RECEIVE A QUALIFYING BENEFIT,
THE CLIENT (YOUR) CONTRIBUTION IS ZERO, THEREFORE ENABLING
YOU TO HAVE YOUR PROPERTY INSULATED FREE OF CHARGE.
Loft insulation
Client Contributions (the amount that you pay) vary,
dependent on your property location and available grants,
property type, fuel type and the amount of insulation
that is needed to bring your loft insulation up to the
current Building Regulations of 270mm.
Cavity wall insulation
Client Contributions vary, dependent on your property
location and available grants and providing the property
falls within the size parameters set by the schemes.
In general
With grants of 100% - if you receive any of the bulleted
list below - and around 50% - whatever your income -
NOW is the time to act on insulating your home, with
loft and/or cavity wall insulation.
If you qualify under any of the bulleted points
below, you should be eligible for a 100% grant for cavity
& loft insulation.
* You are over 70
OR are in receipt of:
* Attendance Allowance
* Child Tax Credit (annual income of £15,460 or less)
* Council Tax Credit (which must include a disability
premium)
* Disability Living Allowance
* Disability Pension
* Housing Benefit (which must include a disability premium)
* Income Support (which must include a disability premium)
* Income-based Job Seekers Allowance
* State Pension Credit
* War Disablement Pension (which must include a mobility
supplement or Constant Attendance Allowance)
* Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit (which must
include a mobility supplement or Constant Attendance
Allowance)
* Working Family Tax Credit (annual income of £15,460
or less)
